I was skeptical that the quality of this kit, and how well it would work when completed. I was very pleasantly surprised! The directions were easy to read, the wood was good quality, and I loved putting it together! It��s great fun, and I have a neat little trinket for my home!
Love the Chopin music so much! I made this as a gift for my wife. She absolutely love it. I enjoyed putting it together.

The Magic Cello is awesome, complex and mind boggling!! It should only be undertaken by an adult with experience assembling other ROKR kits. Many of the pieces have spares that come in handy when/if one of the more delicate parts breaks which is inevitable. The wax that was included had melted in its packaging during travel but I use beeswax lip balm as an alternative anyway. The finished product is very professional looking and I enjoy seeing other peoples expressions when they see it in action. I have assembled over a dozen of their products and rate this one in the top three, along with the piano.
My dad is an electrical engineer who spends much of his retirement watching TV. I bought this amazing music box piano for my mom, a pianist, for mother's day but it was my dad who sunk his teeth into it and built it to completion. My mom said it was the best present ever because it got him away from his screens. The music box is amazing for all its ingenuity and precision. For father's day I bought him a bouquet of flowers...which my mom enjoyed!
Wonderful project and amazing detail. The engineering in the kit fantastic. The moving piano keys while the music box plays is awesome. I built it as a present for my granddaughter. She has a music box collection
My husband of 53 loves putting these puzzles together. This piano will probably become one of our favorites. With the cat under the piano added to the enjoyment. The beauty and the sound of the piano is breathtaking. Now I think The Beat Lab is going to have to have a puzzle of the month club since my husband took 1=1/2 days to assemble and several others have taken 1 day. Not only does it give enjoyment at completion, the beauty show when desplayed

The Piano kit is the most complex and amazing of the more than a dozen kits I have assembled. I have ordered five more to make for birthday gifts for my children. This product should only be undertaken by a patient adult with some experience in making other kits from this company. Some of the parts take some effort to fully seat them. The notes included in the assembly instructions were helpful but it is essential to follow carefully the orientation of the pieces in the diagrams. If a piece is installed incorrectly it will be obvious as assembly progresses. One important feature of the kit is that most of the parts have a spare included. This is of great value that no other kit has.
